Stay Safer at Festivals

Quick harm-reduction pointers
- Test before you take: Use a licensed drug-checking provider. Bring a tiny sample; they’ll explain what’s found and safer-use advice.
- Avoid mixing: alcohol + benzos/opioids/stimulants = increased risk.
- Start low, go slow: Potency varies; wait and re-assess before re-dosing.
- Hydrate smart: Sip water, take shade breaks; don’t over-hydrate.
- Look after mates: Support sober friends and watch for signs of distress. Guide
- If someone feels unwell: Seek medical help early. Be honest with medics — they’re there to help.
