Palisade Security provides people-first event and festival security across Aotearoa. We’re building a crew of calm, switched-on humans who can keep people safe without killing the vibe.

Who we’re looking for

We’d like to hear from people who are:

  • Comfortable dealing with the public in busy environments
  • Calm under pressure, good at de-escalation and communication
  • Reliable — if you say you’ll show up, you show up
  • Happy to work nights, weekends, and outdoor events

Experience helps but isn’t everything. If you’re new but keen to learn and willing to train, still apply.
